1. (for development install) source venv/bin/activate
2. python -m carboff.server

• Chrome

• Install from Chrome Web Store (not yet available)

• Navigate to chrome://extensions
• Load an unpacked extension.
• Select the extension directory

Simply interact with the extension in Chrome's extension bar
