Vagrant virtual box environment setup for Lomorage

Download vagrant, and then run in terminal vagrant up to build the image, you may need to choose one from the available bridged network interfaces to finish the network setup. Once the setup is finished, it will print out "Finish setup on port 8000", and you now Lomorage is accessible via "http://[your-host-ip-addr]:8000", and you can use you smart phone APP to setup account now. The photo will be saved in "~/Pictures", and you can change that in "Vagrantfile".
