this just adds a widget for the stage explorer added in pymmcore-widgets 0.10 ... i pinned to 0.10.1 cause it's a slightly nicer version (with ROIs). which will fail until it hits pypi

hi all! we had a use case for this come up recently. any testing we can do to help move it forward?

hey @dpshepherd, it really is ready to use/try... this was primarily waiting on some "ui testing". It's a large widget that has the possibility of not playing well with others... but since it's all opt in, I can just merge this and you can give it a shot
