This keeps reporting as 0% on PRs. I don't really think covering test files is important, and especially conftest.py. We have static checks that detect common problems.
Latest release of coverage fixes the default encoding warnings. I've added coverage to the heading we print out. I've also added tox-uv to the tox requires, I think that makes sense(?).
