YouTube has changed the API a bit, now it requires the video signature in the download url.

Forgot to edit the test funtion for cli.py. Since the missing parameters are optional, “None” values were put as arguments.

YouTube has changed the API a bit, now it requires the video signature
in the download url.
YT returns the video signatures in the video info data, so we only have to
add them to the download url as another parameter.
