Compared to 1.0 this release contains functions for users to train their own classifiers fitting their sequencing method, HRD classification functionality using indels at microhomologies and Sig3 and MMRD classification using MMRD signatures and indels at microsatellite regions.

Signature analysis from the panel, WES and WGS data using likelihood measure and multivariate analysis with gradient boosting trees. This release contains Sig3 classifiers for multiple tumor types from panels, WES and WGS. See Gulhan et al Nat Gen 2019 for more details.
