travis build failures caused by invalid node dependency

bumped mocha version

extended brie capabilities to include 'allowValues' and 'rejectValues…

…', extending beyond just the ID for comparison. Drastically reduced dependency on lodash. Reduced verbosity of logging and moved away from 'DEBUG' as format.

clears audit report

Responding to the `npm audit` report for Brie, updates the dependencies and dev-dependencies to latest non-vulnerable versions.
`npm test` completes successfully without code change.  Clear to update.
