Hi Gregg, it looks good to me. Actually, the Newick code was adapted from other repo. I don't quite understand this part of the code. |

Fixing bugs related to tree labeling and reading related to #81 and possibly others.
@xyz111131 since I changed some of the GT source files, if you have a chance to review in the next day or so please do, but I want to push asap so we can resolve the issue.
