This fixes issues when you try to hide a child form by setting
Visible = false. If it has an owner, it will hide the entire parent chain behind other open windows. To fix that, we set (internally) the owner to null, and ensure we also handle the case when the parent is aHwndWindowHandlerfor interop with win32/winforms windows.
