This adds the ability to set a custom ContextMenu for a control, which has different semantics than creating/showing the context menu manually on a right click. E.g. showing with the menu key (Windows), or control+click (macOS), and keeping the selection of a TextBox/TextArea while the menu is shown (Windows).
Previously, this was only implemented for Panel-derived controls, GridView, ListBox, etc.
