Currently
PalletReferendaTracksInfois returning undefined values forinfo.decisionPeriod,info.minApproval, andmin.minSupportwhich is causingcalcGraphto fail. This PR just ensures the UI wont white screen.rel: paritytech/polkadot-sdk#2072
