This PR adds breadcrumb metadata to pages with a sidebar.
This currently only includes the topnav and the selected item.
We need some formal way of defining overview pages of folders to make them part of the breadcrumbs too.
Example
configuration-xml-reference.htmlhas breadcrumbsDocs > XML Reference, but should really haveDocs > Configuration > XML Reference.However, the Configuration "Folder" doesn't have a URL.
