👋 Hola! I’m a bioinformatician interested on variant calling, cancer genomics, immunogenomics and as of lately SARS-CoV-2. I work at the not for profit research institute TRON (https://tron-mainz.de/) and I am eager to contribute on open source projects.
I have done quite a bit of R, but as of lately I am mostly active in Python and Java. Also I am dedicating quite some time to develop bioinformatic pipelines in Nextflow.
