The way I'm reading this is that all we have to do to release contour-operator is push a version tag? Is that accurate? |

I think we need to clean these up even more to be just a bulleted list of tasks, i.e. first do this, then this, then this. But that's a separate PR. =)

Contour Operator follows the same release process as Contour. This PR updates the release process doc to include Contour Operator.
