The Medical Imaging Segmentation Toolkit (MIST) is a simple, fully automated 3D medical imaging segmentation framework for PyTorch and TensorFlow. MIST allows researchers to quickly set up, train, and test various deep learning models for 3D medical imaging segmentation.
