I did not like the "sliding" display which would alternate between three different screens; one for uptime+CPU temp+IP, one for CPU+mem, and one for disk info. Instead, I just wanted one specific page (the first one in my case) to be shown permanently.

While this was possible by setting auto (under the [slider] section to false, the status would never refresh, making the information not very useful. This was especially true when the page would update before an IP address was obtained from the DHCP server on boot, meaning the IP would never show.

With the changes here, I have introduced a new page option (also under [slider]). This only comes into play if auto is set to false, and it allows the user to pick a single page (0, 1 or 2) to permanently show. This page will refresh at the interval specified by time (in seconds), which would otherwise be used to indicate the interval of a page transition.

If auto is false but page is not set to either 0, 1, or 2, it will fall back to 0.
