If the imported cluster is on a release channel we can then limit the versions available to the user for upgrade scenarios to those that exist in the release channel. rancher/rancher#32360

Proposed changes
Lookup imported gke cluster object on edit to find release channels. If the imported cluster is on a release channel we can then limit the versions available to the user for upgrade scenarios to those that exist in the release channel.
