Implementation of the beta-adrenergic stimulation effect in the ToR-ORd cellular electrophysiological model.
This code simulates the following populations:
- Control population
- HCM population (Cells that present ionic remodeling due to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy)
To run the simulation, execute the main script:
Main_BARS.m
This script runs four different cases:
- Control without BARS
- Control with BARS
- HCM without BARS
- HCM with BARS
