Summary

  • share Hyperliquid rate gates across venues during bootstrap and wire emitters to the shared pacing
  • sync primary venue assignments for existing bots when the vault unseals and enforce primary venue validation
  • add unit coverage for rate gate behaviour, bootstrap assignment sync, and vault primary detection
