Changes
Adds translation files for all supported non-English languages.
Testing
I generated the language JSON files using a script that pulled them from the existing API translations, so they should be as correct as those were.
It should be sufficient to run the app and go to http://localhost:4100/account/login?lng=es in a browser. Verify that you see the UI in Spanish.
