Poya occurs every full moon day. It's a public holiday in Sri Lanka, so everyone here loves when it's Poya.
IMPORTANT: The base URL for all API requests should be http://nextpoyawhen.appspot.com/ (and NOT http://www.nextpoyawhen.com/)
Returns the next poya

NOTE: It is recommended that you use virtualenv to install the dependencies.

pip install -r requirements.txt
python manage.py runserver
This will start the app in port 8000. To visit, go to localhost:8000 in your browser.
