Initial integration into @reatom/core.

Need to resolve:

• verbatimModuleSyntax: true for the all monorepo. https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/verbatimModuleSyntax.html. It is required for correct type generation.
• create correct release pipeline. I don't know where we need to call pnpm sb:build. This command build all the smartbundle projects
• catalog protocol integration into smartbundle (not required but code changes needed)
• workspace dependencies support into smartbundle (not required but code changes needed)
