Add a classic floating particles screensaver to the main docs page as a separate component.
The original request was to copy an exact CodePen, but it was inaccessible due to Cloudflare. A common CodePen-style floating particles animation was implemented instead, fulfilling the core request for a screensaver and moving it to a dedicated component.
