Tested only on DS1074Z-Plus NumPy, tkinter, pyvisa commands slightly different. Added robustness to the waveform read routines. Added clear waves button. Added toggle scope channels button. On screen feedback. Averaging now works. Averaging will do running average of samples.

Implemented autocalibration
fixed bugs in calibration routine
neatened some code...no function change.
default sample length 60k when scope on auto
Start and stop freq selection was not shifting all the waves on the screen...only the live wave. Fixed
