Use a simpler to generate exception message instead of a comment on the line before the exception

Replace the comment preceding the exception with a more straightforward exception message.
Although this could theoretically be considered a breaking change, we plan to release it as non-breaking. The impact on users should be negligible, as these NotImplementedException instances are not expected to reach production in this case, and any potential disruption would be minimal to nonexistent.
