This project explores the possibility of identifying what someone is typing by analyzing the sound produced by their keyboard. By processing audio recordings of keystrokes, it aims to demonstrate how patterns in the sounds can be used to infer the typed text.
In this approach, we train a neural network by giving it many audio samples of the same key. What you need to do is to run the ... file and follow the instructions. The model will adapt to your keyboard model and hopefully give you acceptable results
We first make an algorithm that will split a keyboard sample into well-defined chunks, normalising the sound and aligning it at the center of the audio sample. This approach should work for either provided files or live recorded audio.
