A wrapper for PdfMiner3k library (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pdfminer3k)
A wrapper for ParsCit citation extractor (https://github.com/knmnyn/ParsCit)
A wrapper for CrossRef API (http://search.crossref.org/help/api) which allows resolving citations to DOIs.
A wrapper for Mendeley API (http://dev.mendeley.com) which allows getting paper metadata by DOI and by paper title and year
