Free Atmosphere.ipynb processes the data for the free atmosphere parameters to use as inputs for the Atmospheric Boundary Layer model boundary conditions.

Radiation & Albedo.ipynb computes radiation and albedo evolution, and averages for each season

Main.ipynb runs the main simulation which compares the ABL evolution over grassland and forest

Plots.ipynb produces all the figures.
