Complete first version of colour-finding tool
Featuring:
- Finding many colours a set distance from a base colour, if there are any
- Use of CIELAB perceptive colour space for more accurate colour matching
- Option to only show RGB-representable colours in the results (option disabled by default)
- Output displays colour on a tile (or an approximation of it when out-of-range) along with RGB hex code and LAB values when tile is hovered over, or when option to always show colour IDs is enabled
