The asan code currently assumes arenas have the maximum possible size, and that globals take little enough space that the shadow map can be placed internally at a fixed location. Add logic to handle configurable arena sizes. Also vary the offset of the shadow map in the arena, placing it immediately before the arena globals added to the end of the arena by libbpf.
