Still missing an updated RPC file. Restructures the library as it makes sense
Finishes updating the RPC to not use monero, tests now pass

Preserves monero-rs, for now, for its Address encoding functionality and Extra encoding. Both should be minor to remove at a later point as this PR is already quite notable.
Fixes #1 and allows progress on #2, and therefore progress on using unique shared keys.
