Specter was originally developed at Shipt℠ to help us visualize our workload distribution across multiple regions. After using Specter only a few days, we realized its reach and purpose could be extended for even greater use. Now, with a few design tweaks and optimizations, we feel that Specter has reached a point where we can share it with the rest of the world.
