Remove js* forms, enable log, exp for js/BigInt #489

This PR:

Installs g/log and g/exp for js/BigInt instances, enabling g/log2 and
g/log10 in the mix.
Removes most js* calls using coercive-= and js-mod. This form is
internal and should be avoided.
