Alex, thanks for the useful gnome shell extension. Ubuntu cosmic has an older copy which isn't enabled even if its installed. So I had to figure out how to do this manually. I've added some directions to your
README.mdand some background reading for those without deep knowledge of gnome extensions. You probably want to wordsmith it a bit.
