引入了新的 mdns 命令，支持用户查询域名在多个地理位置的解析结果
项目要求的最低 Go 版本由 1.16 升级为 1.18

Added a new mdns command that enables users to query domain name resolutions in multiple geographical locations.
The project's minimum Go version requirement has been raised from 1.16 to 1.18.
