Console log coloring can now be disabled by setting the
SLSKD_NO_COLORorNO_COLORenvironment variables, by passing--no-coloron the command line, or by settinglogger.no_color: truein the yaml file.Also fixes some documentation issues around disk logging that were missed in #1139.
