	PN DCP is used to setup/bootstrap Profinet IO systems
	DCP contains several so called DCP Blocks with infomration about e.g. , the name of the station, IP, and so on
	the single blocks can be concatenated with '/' like it is usually done in scapy
	with this implementation one can craft an dissect common DCP requests and responses
	the enums are taken from the wireshark PN DCP disscectors, so if one is familiar with wireshark, he or she should have no problems here

modified contrib/pnio
	added code to correctly guess PN DCP packets if the frame IDs match
