This seems reasonable enough, but it looks like there are some formatting failures (?!) -- which is weird, and even weirder is the CI failure doesn't indicate what's broken. I'd guess the args to http_archive need to be sorted in a particular way?
I think we'll have to watch this PR as it lands on master to make sure it doesn't break mac builds, given the platforms update (and possibly the rules_go one, too).
