Description
Next in the series of improving Luigi's review process is auto-assign reviewers based on "code owners". (As mentioned in #2463).
To begin with, I've added 3 maintainers to be auto-assigned to all and a specific example to assign all redshift reviews to me. More can be added as time goes on.
