Fix config flow issues

The `application_credentials` needs to come before the custom steps for
the integration. When credentials need to be added, it seems as though
it basically kills the current flow, allows the creation of credentials,
and starts a new flow. So none of the existing state gets saved.

These issues were reported in #35.

Allow restore state from v2

This resolves #33.

Attempt to fix #31

As a first pass attempt at fixing this issue, using the `get_or_create`
style method seems like it could be enough.

Add v3 webhook support

In the process:

- Fixed a few spelling mistakes/typos.
