This has some updates for pushing the next version to pypi

  • converts the README to reStructuredText to work better with pypi
  • adds some more metadata to specify this works with python 3 versions, now
  • adds some setup.py commands to ease pushing updates

I pushed this to the test pypi environment at https://test.pypi.org/project/PyTumblr/0.0.7/
This can be tested by installing pip install -i https://testpypi.python.org/pypi pytumblr
