Motivation

this change introduces a new project structure to make the code more readable and maintainable. trying to follow the best practices of the community.

• moved WBot api definition to new folder pkg/api.
• renamed plugin file to services.
• moved services to pkg/service
• added more tlds.
• update wkik and readme.
