Fixes
Adding post build checks to ensure that new cli-core version is not breaking anything in twilio-cli before triggering its release.
This ensures that the issue caused by twilio-cli-core will be caught in the release workflow of twilio-cli-core only and not in twilio-cli release workflow.
Here is a test run of how this script will run.
