Palace is a system and set of starter files to create a vault in Obsidian with staying power. It's designed to be thorough, opinionated, and most importantly to be a start point for you to modify it how you need obsidian to work.

- Download the latest version of Palace
- Extract the zip and move the folder to the directory you would like it to live on your machine
- Open obsidian and use the "open folder" option to find your vault location
- The first time you do this, you'll be prompted with "Do you trust the author of this vault?", select "Trust author and enable plugins"
- Download your browsers extension
- Open the extension dropdown in your browser, then select the settings gear icon in the top right
- For each template that you will use, create a new template and then import the related
templateName.jsonfile in /curtain/clipper-templates/ - In General, find the section titled Vaults, type in the exact name of your vault and press enter.
- Go to the Interpreter settings page and add your preferred AI Provider and AI model.
