• Highlighted key patterns and must-follow rules with emojis and bold text
• Added common mistakes section to prevent frequent issues
• Made guide more scannable and actionable vs explanatory
• Added PR checklist for quick reference
• Added direct links to relevant parts of the codebase
• Removed verbose explanations for clarity

Serena Memory Files

Added comprehensive memory files to help serena understand the project:

• project_overview.md - Purpose, tech stack, and features
• suggested_commands.md - Essential development commands
• code_style_conventions.md - Detailed coding standards
• task_completion_checklist.md - Post-change requirements
• project_structure.md - Directory organization
• holocene_design_system.md - Component library info

Purpose

These improvements help AI assistants contribute more effectively by:
