This PR removes the "kiba" binary command.
As explained in #74, the new "programmatic API" encourages much better practices and is more powerful.
As a way to ease upgrade, I've also written a kiba-legacy-cli adapter, but I really recommend to use the API instead.
This will be shipped in Kiba v3.
