Pull Request Description

This PR applies some cleanup to the accounts directory:

• Added barrel files to clean up imports
• Moved some models to their respective domains (e.g., user labels -> user/models, drafts -> drafts/models, etc)
• Merged some functions into a single file (e.g., fetchActiveProfileAccount -> account/utils/profile)
• Some general cleanup to AccountBloc

I've tested the changes briefly and haven't noticed any issues!
