Pull Request Description

This PR refactors and improves some of the post-related logic. This includes:

• Simplified comment search logic and migrated logic to use CommentNode (rather than CommentViewTree)
• Remove deprecated comment tree util functions as its no longer being used
• Combined logic for selectCommentId and newlyCreatedCommentId into a single variable highlightedCommentId
• Clean up some unused post bloc state variables
