Improve audio normalization and segment gap handling

Enhances audio normalization by adding post-processing checks for silent or empty output and a fallback ffmpeg invocation. Improves word timestamping and segment alignment in transcription, including new logic to detect and preserve short silences between segments using PCM energy analysis. Updates dependencies and version numbers to 3.0.2, and fixes argument handling in audio normalization.

Bump version to 3.0.1 in Cargo.toml and tauri.conf.json
