Summary

  • fix _tmdb_person_alias_latin to call _is_latin_string with the alias string
  • re-enable the TMDb translation/alias lookups inside get_romanized_person_name
  • add pytest coverage for latin alias selection and fallback behavior when TMDb APIs raise
